ASCM Twin Cities, in partnership with Minnesota Change Management Network, is thrilled to invite you to the 3rd Annual Supply Chain Summit! This half-day Summit focuses on preparing for change in supply chain management, which will emphasize the need for agility, change management, and preparedness in an ever-evolving industry.

Rita Webster
Dr. Rita Webster has a passion for leadership development. After completing her PhD at the University of Minnesota, she founded WiseLeader 26 years ago to provide one on one executive coaching, leadership training and cohort leadership programs to all levels of leaders in organizations facing significant change. Her clients are from a wide range of industries to include: Fortune 500 companies,  family owned businesses and non-profits. She recently returned from Africa where she was working with 65 mid-level managers to help build skills around psychological safety, collaboration and team cohesion.

Shannon Bryant
Shannon Bryant is a global trade compliance expert with over 15 years of experience and $100M+ in career cost savings. As President of Trade-IQ, she leads efforts to streamline compliance, reduce international taxes, and navigate global trade policy. Formerly Director of Global Trade Compliance at Harley-Davidson, she managed programs across 35 countries and was a member of the Wisconsin District Export Council. Named Thomson Reuters’ 2021 Taxologist of the Year, Shannon is a Licensed Customs Broker, Duty Drawback specialist, and holds an MBA from Lakeland College. She’s an active ICPA member and frequent industry speaker.

Bryan Canfield
With over 17 years in supply chain and logistics, Bryan Canfield specializes in integrated solutions across transportation, warehousing, and final mile delivery. He began at CH Robinson, honing skills in strategic partnerships and innovation. Bryan has worked with autonomous truck developers and Virginia Tech on Connected and Automated Vehicles, staying at the forefront of industry trends like alternative fuels and warehouse automation. After a year of consulting, he joined MVP Logistics as Director of Enterprise Sales, supporting SMBs in retail, food & beverage, and manufacturing. He lives in Maple Grove with his wife and two young hockey players that double as his children off the ice.

Ruzana Glaeser

Ruzana Glaeser is a global strategic sourcing leader and negotiation expert at Polaris Industries, where she leads sourcing strategy for electrical and chassis systems. With experience across multinational and private companies, she excels in complex negotiations, supplier partnerships, and procurement transformations in manufacturing and retail. Ruzana holds dual degrees in Management Information Systems and Supply Chain, an MBA from the Carlson School, and advanced negotiation certifications. A champion for women in the workplace, she leads with impact, accountability, and empowerment. She lives in Minnesota with her husband, two daughters, and three dogs, enjoying hockey, archery, and travel.

Danielle McClellan
Danielle McClellan has led the people-side of change for mergers, divestitures, supply chain transformations, and the development of new business strategies in organizations such as General Mills, Land O’Lakes, Wells Fargo, Thomson Reuters, and Otis Elevators. In addition, she has a master’s in industrial organizational psychology and several certifications in organizational effectiveness and change management (Prosci, ACMP, etc.).

Emily LaVasseur
Emily is Co-Founder and Managing Director of Waypost Advisors and self-proclaimed "supply chain geek."
 
With 19 years of supply chain experience, her career has spanned transportation & logistics, demand/supply planning, and continuous improvement along with leading large supply chain teams in food ingredient manufacturing.  She's dedicated her passion and expertise to small and mid-size manufacturers by providing access to the supply chain experience that could take advantage of the secrets of large companies and help their businesses grow.

Paul Anderson is a transformative leader with over three decades of experience driving organizational change. His career spans managing large-scale system deployments to leading transformations for global organizations in industries like healthcare, financial services and energy. Paul excels in merging strategic operational change with human-centered leadership. He has coached C-suite leaders, developed enterprise-level change strategies, and has recently implemented innovative tools like "ChangeGPT," an AI-driven solution for analyzing transformation impacts. Passionate about blending technology with human adaptability, Paul thrives on helping teams figure out how big changes and personal growth go hand in hand, so everyone moves forward... and actually deliver real change.

She is currently the Senior Manager of Data Governance Process and Solutions at Apogee Enterprises, Inc. Prior to that she held key roles at Winnebago Industries and Cargill.

Danielle Hansen

Danielle Hansen is a dynamic and results-driven global sourcing executive with over 21 years of experience leading global strategic supplier partnerships, negotiations, and supply chain transformations across diverse industries including medical device, foodtech, fitness equipment, and consumer electronics.  Beyond the boardroom, Danielle is a passionate educator, author, and leadership trainer.  She serves as an adjunct professor at the University of St Thomas, where she teaches Undergraduate, MBA, and executive education courses in supply chain management, negotiation, emotional intelligence, and strategic leadership.  She is also the founder and president of Strategic Training Endeavors, a consulting and coaching firm that delivers customized programs to empower professionals and organizations.  At the heart of Danielle's work is a clear mission: to elevate others through education, collaboration, and innovation - turning potential into performance and vision into value.

Greg Mueller
Greg Mueller is a global supply chain executive with over 20 years of experience leading large-scale transformations across complex organizations.  In a large multinational, he led the creation of the first global Supply Chain Function and Center of Excellence, driving alignment, capability building, and operational efficiency across a decentralized enterprise. He specializes in strategy, integrated planning, and end-to-end supply chain optimization, with a focus on delivering lasting business value through transformative change.
